Our Out of School Care programs are built on the belief that every child deserves to feel safe—physically, emotionally, and socially. We strive to create an environment where children are always accepted, respected, and cared for, regardless of their age, culture, or background.
The program offers a mix of group and individual activities that are designed to keep children engaged and entertained. With both structured and unstructured activities, we focus on fostering children’s development of self-esteem, self-discipline, and cooperation. A variety of interest centers are available, giving children the freedom to explore their passions. Additionally, outdoor recreational opportunities ensure that children stay active, healthy, and connected with nature.
Our fully licensed Out of School Care program offers care for children in Grades 1 through 6 that attend St. Sebastian School in Lake Chaparral. Additionally, we provide fully licensed KinderCare and Out of School Care at St. Gianna School in Auburn Bay, as well as at Our Lady of the Evergreens School in Evergreen. These programs are available for children in Grades K through 6 attending these schools, ensuring that every child has access to a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Our Fee Structure
Click on the link below for the fees:
- Please note that currently we do not provide care on PG days at St. Sebastian school.
- Fees cannot be prorated for any reason.
All monthly payments for our programs will be processed through a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) agreement, with payments due on the 1st day of each month, from August to May, covering the full school year. New enrollments into the program are required to provide payment for the current month and following month up front through pre-authorized debit or e-transfer, as well as pre-authorized debit for each of the subsequent months, as noted above
There is a $100.00 non-refundable annual registration fee per family, due at the time of registration. This fee can be paid via cash or e-transfer.
Please note: The pre-authorized debit agreement, the registration fee, and all required registration forms must be submitted prior to the confirmation of acceptance into the program.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
A minimum one (1) month written notice of withdrawal is required on or before the 1st of the month prior to the month leaving, whereupon your Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement will be cancelled. For example, if you are withdrawing November 1st, notice must be given on or before October 1st. We do not prorate the monthly fees for withdrawals. Temporary absences, such as a vacation or illness, will not be deducted from the monthly fees. Failure to provide one (1) month written notice of withdrawal for September through June will result in A Child First Preschool Inc. withdrawing one more monthly payment. The final monthly payment would include all fees that are not able to be recovered from Subsidy and/or the Affordability Grant, if applicable.
We may terminate your contract with our program if:
•Registration fee and monthly fees are not paid.
•Late fees, if any, not paid
•Chronically late picking up child
•Forms not filled out completely.
•Child not adjusting to program (crying, biting, hitting)
•Failure to comply with the guidelines in this Parent Handbook
•There is any verbal and/or physical abuse of staff by parent(s)/guardian(s) and/or child(ren)
